• Supporting the daily well-being of our Angels and ensuring they are supported throughout their day.

Client Lifestyle and Care Planning:

• Ensuring clients have a lifestyle according to their wishes, making it meaningful and purposeful.
• Developing person-centered care plans reflecting clients' needs, wishes, and aspirations.
• Visiting clients regularly.
• Completing audits such as care plans, risk assessments, and daily records.
• Protecting clients’ rights.
