- Supporting the daily well-being of our Angels and ensuring they are supported throughout their day.
- Identifying daily challenges faced by Angels and proposing solutions to remove barriers to providing the best care.
- Ensuring safe and effective care is provided to all clients.
- Working in accordance with standards set by the Registered Manager, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and best practices.
- Providing leadership to Visiting Angels Senior Caregivers and Caregivers.
- Creating and maintaining a culture of performance and excellence.
- Promoting and implementing Visiting Angels’ policies and procedures.
- Maintaining care and management skills and undertaking necessary training and development.
- Ensuring supervision and annual reviews for all Senior Caregivers and Caregivers.
Client Lifestyle and Care Planning:
- Ensuring clients have a lifestyle according to their wishes, making it meaningful and purposeful.
- Developing person-centered care plans reflecting clients' needs, wishes, and aspirations.
- Visiting clients regularly.
- Completing audits such as care plans, risk assessments, and daily records.
- Protecting clients’ rights.

Requirements:
- Right to reside and work in the UK.
