The role involves some clinical duties, including observing vitals and wound care, while maintaining a culture of trust and respect for residents and their families.

Qualifikationen

• Senior level care experience and ability to supervise others.
• Good understanding of clinical care for older people.
• Willingness to undertake assessor qualifications and contribute to a vibrant culture.

• Lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers with support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner.
• Ensure individual care plans are followed to maintain high standards.
• Record observations (weight, blood pressure) and assist with wound dressings.
• Be a role model delivering safe, reassuring, and happy environment.
