Qualifications

Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Location: Chantry - BN13 1QN

Shift Details:

  • Day shifts, 36 hours weekly
  • 8am - 8pm
  • Every other weekend included

Responsibilities:
  • Support and supervise staff, acting as a Shift Leader
  • Assist in achieving daily living skills
  • Identify and meet the needs of individuals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Service Users, staff, and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain record-keeping systems and contribute to reports for meetings
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding
  • Effective decision-making and judgment
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Successfully completed QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Achievement of all Health & Safety standards
