Job summary

Sanctuary Care is hiring a Care Team Leader for Beach Lawns in Weston-super-Mare. The role involves leading a friendly team to deliver high-quality residential and nursing care, ensuring residents feel at home and well supported.

You will guide Care Assistants, promote dignity, and participate in the Team Leader Development Programme within a not-for-profit, Investors in People Gold accredited employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
