Consensus Support Services Limited (trades as Consensus) is seeking a Team Leader at Stanley Park Road, Wallington, Sutton, United Kingdom. You will lead a team and deliver person-centred care, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a residential setting.

You’ll be part of a caring community that emphasises wellbeing, activity, and community involvement, with an induction pathway including a DBS check and a 3-day online phase before hands-on service work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the social care sector is desirable.
• Experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is beneficial.

Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll lead a team and provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You may be looking to take the next step in your career but will already have experience in the social care sector as either aMental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant.
