The position offers a starting hourly rate of £13.86 with progression to £14.16 per hour, plus a strong benefits package and induction training.

Qualifications

• Experience in the social care sector as either a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant.

Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll lead a team and provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.
