Lifeways in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing a well-established Supported Living Service. You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care, and drive staff development.

Pay Rate:

£14.25 ph - £15.15 ph

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assisters with a strong track record and a desire to progress – we’ll support your growth with training and development
