Job summary

Lifeways Group in Somerset is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee a Supported Living Service. You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensure person-centred care, and support recruitment and staff progression.

The role offers a full-time, 37.5-hour week with funded training and career progression within Lifeways Group. A NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care is required, and you will work within a compassionate, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of growth and development.
