Lifeways Group in Somerset is seeking a Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our Supported Living Service. This is a Full-time position with development opportunities and a strong benefits package.

You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and support recruitment and staff development while maintaining records in digital systems. This role offers funded qualifications and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong track record with progression in care settings.
• Willingness to train and develop professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a strong track record and a desire to progress – we’ll support your growth with training and development
