Care Concern Group at Chetwynd House Care Home in Nottingham seeks a Team Leader to oversee day-to-day care delivery, supervise staff and ensure safe, person-centred support for residents.
You will lead shifts, coordinate care planning, manage medications and documentation, and uphold regulatory standards while promoting dignity, respect and accountability. Alternate weekends required with a competitive hourly rate.
Chetwynd House Care Home is a modern residential, dementia, respite and day care home in Chilwell, Nottingham. Featuring five beautifully designed care suites, exceptional facilities and lifestyle kitchens, we are passionate about delivering personalised care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
As Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day to day leadership and delivery of care within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high quality and person centred support at all times. Working alongside the nursing and management team, you will help maintain standards, support compliance and ensure best practice is consistently followed. You will lead shifts, supervise and support care staff, and take responsibility for the coordination of care delivery. This includes overseeing care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management, ensuring all practices align with regulatory requirements and organisational standards. You will act as a role model within the team, promoting positive working practices, supporting staff development and ensuring a culture of respect, dignity and accountability. You will also contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement, helping to maintain a well run and high performing service. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
