Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to join the Night shift at Lake View Residential Care Home in Brookside, Telford. The role focuses on safeguarding, wellbeing, and delivering personalised care to residents as part of a supportive team.

You will lead care staff, encourage development, and ensure high standards of care, with a competitive hourly rate and a commitment to dignity and respect for residents.

• Experience in care settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
