Role Overview: Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the daily needs of residents, demonstrating compassion, care, and commitment. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure residents are comfortable and support Care Assistants' development.

  • Work collaboratively to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
  • Provide high-quality, personalized care aligned with individual care plans
  • Encourage participation in leisure and social activities
  • Be kind, supportive, and respectful to residents, families, and colleagues
Required Skills
  • Teamwork skills to foster a happy, effective team
  • Experience in care is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
