About The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, the NIGHT Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be a team player with good communication skills. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity, and be driven by principles of fairness. You will behave transparently, showing respect to residents, their families, and colleagues. You should hold an SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and have previous experience working in elderly and dementia care.
