Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group seeks a Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care for residents. You will work with the Deputy Manager, coordinate medication procedures, plan care, and drive regulatory compliance across the team.

• Experience leading care teams and supervising shifts.
