Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide and develop our frontline care team. You will supervise shifts, assign staff, and support residents to receive consistent, high-quality care in a busy environment.

You will conduct care assessments, monitor standards of practice, and work with the Deputy Manager to uplift team performance while promoting a compassionate, resident-centred culture across the home.
