Anchor Hanover Group is hiring a Care Team Leader in Coventry. This part-time role is 21 hours per week with shifts including early, late, and weekend slots. You will lead care shifts, oversee staff allocations, manage medication procedures and conduct care assessments to ensure high-quality, compliant care for residents.

Job description

Hours: 21 hours per week

The role includes weekend and bank holiday working. Shifts may vary and will include the following times:

• 07:00 – 14:30
• 14:00 – 21:30
• 07:00 – 21:30
