Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader on a 12‑month fixed term contract to lead our care team. You will oversee shifts, assign staff, perform medication procedures, and conduct care assessments to ensure high standards of care for residents.

In collaboration with the Deputy Manager, you will drive regulatory compliance and a culture of excellence while supporting the wellbeing and spirits of residents and staff alike.
