Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) for Redhill Court Residential Care Home, 77 Nearhill Road, Kings Norton, Birmingham, West Midlands B38 8JU. The role focuses on delivering tailored care, supporting residents to feel at home, and leading a team of care assistants.

Based at Redhill Court, the post offers a warm, resident-centred environment with opportunities for development within Sanctuary Care’s team leadership pathway and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
