Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare at Longfield House, Clayton. You will work 42 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a rolling two-week rota.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Support service users to access the community, to attend activities, work, college, hobbies & holidays.
