Job summary

Lifeways Group in Taunton is seeking enthusiastic Care Support Workers to help individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs live more independently and joyfully. You’ll join a supportive team, driven by purpose, with full training and ongoing development.

Role involves 14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep-ins, and driving company cars on assigned tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with no absolute prior care experience required.

• A full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving company cars).
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Care experience is welcome but not essential; training will be provided.

• Assist with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and medication management.
