Job summary

The Support Worker role is based in a brand new, state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk, operated by a leading UK health care provider. We seek a committed individual with NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care to join a dedicated team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents on day and night shifts.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.50–£16.00) with monthly pay, plus benefits and career progression opportunities.

**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**

As a Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £14.50 - £16.00 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
