CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Norfolk-based nursing home to recruit a Support Worker. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to residents in a residential, nursing and dementia care setting.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Driving licence is desirable for the remote location, though transport can be provided by the facility.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in residential/nursing/dementia care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and the highest quality of care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care assistance and companionship.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily routines and activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
