Job summary

Lifeways is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate care in Maidstone on a full-time rota. The role includes 37.5 hours per week with shifts 7:00am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10:00pm plus sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is preferred and you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference.

Qualifications

• Friendly and patient
• Flexible and reliable
• Has a good sense of humour and a "can-do" attitude
• Confident in cooking
• Holds a full UK driving licence (you'll be required to drive mobility vehicles)

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a rota.
• Assist with daily living, cooking, personal care and social activities.
• Contribute to the wellbeing and independence of the people we support.
• Follow care plans and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
