Lifeways Coventry is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care in Ash House, Coventry. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement, on a rota basis.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.10) and full-time hours (37.5 per week). Lifeways emphasizes training, development, and a supportive team environment in a care-focused community.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Assistant or Support Worker preferred.
• Willing to work on a rota with early and late shifts.
• Commitment to person-centred care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care routines where required.
• Assist with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and community outings.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in interactions.
• Support with medication and health-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handover notes.
