Lifeways – Specialist Support Services is hiring in Poole for Care Support Workers. You’ll assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live valued, independent lives across multiple services.

Roles offer varied shifts with full or part-time options, funded qualifications in Health & Social Care, free DBS, and Lifeways Rewards. Driving is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
• Ability to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism across five single-person services in Poole.
• Assist with personal and household tasks, join in hobbies and activities, help with milestones like moving into own home or planning holidays.
