Job summary

Lifeways is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our Scholes Croft apartments team as sessional/bank carers. You’ll support residents with daily living tasks, participate in activities, and help create a safe, welcoming community.

All applicants will need a DBS; sponsorship is not offered. Lifeways provides full training, ongoing supervision, and benefits including discounts, pension contributions, cycle-to-work and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• All applicants must have a caring attitude and be willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care routines and daily living support to residents.
• Engage residents in activities and social outings within the community.
• Support residents on day trips and in-house events.
• Work as part of a team to create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment.
