Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work full-time on a 42-hour week, with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota, and night shifts to make a positive difference in residents' lives.

You’ll provide person-centred care, support independence, and help with daily living and community activities.

• Ability to adapt care to individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
