Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Care Support Worker (Female Only) to help people live the life they choose. This role is advertised under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

You will be caring, positive and passionate about helping others, building trusting relationships and supporting independence. A full UK manual driving licence, DBS clearance and flexibility for 24/7 shifts are essential. Interviews take place on 5 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Satisfactory DBS check is required.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support people to make choices and live independently.

• Provide flexible care support across a 24/7 service as required.
