Kent County Council in Canterbury is seeking two permanent relief Support Workers to join the Community Day Service team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in East Kent. You will help individuals develop essential life skills, participate in activities, and stay connected with their local communities.

This role focuses on person-centred support, independence, and inclusion, with training and an induction provided.

• Supporting individuals to achieve personal goals and aspirations
• Promoting independence through tailored care plans

• Assisting with some intimate personal care and mobility needs, including manual handling
• Collaborating with colleagues across East Kent services as needed
• If you are able to drive our service vehicles, this would be great though not essential
