Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Briarwood Court in Nottingham. This 37.5-hour post requires flexibility to cover shifts and may include overtime. Training will be provided to deliver personalised care with dignity.

You will support people with Learning Disabilities to stay as independent as possible, manage support plans, and liaise with and assist the wider team. DBS check will be completed if an offer is made.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience preferred.
• Flexible to shift work including weekends and nights.
• Enhanced DBS check will apply on offer.

Responsibilities

• Support people with Learning Disabilities to maintain independence.
• Follow individual support plans and liaise with the care team and other staff.
• Work 37.5 hours per week, with potential overtime and shift coverage.
