Job summary

Elwood Recruitment in Barnet is seeking experienced Support Workers to deliver high-quality care in residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities and the elderly. Roles operate on a 24-hour basis with flexible scheduling and opportunities for weekly pay.

We welcome candidates with at least six months UK care experience who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to enhancing wellbeing in a supportive living environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months care and support work experience in the UK.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Flexible attitude to shifts and hours.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meals.
• Facilitate access to community activities and services.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive living environment.
