Lifeways Group in Redditch is hiring compassionate Support Workers to provide domiciliary care across Worcester and surrounding areas. You will support adults with learning disabilities and physical needs in their own homes and communities, helping them live more independently.

Training is provided, with ongoing support and opportunities for progression. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to patient-centered care within a supportive team.

Formación

• Experience in care or willingness to train is desirable.
• Reliable, flexible and caring approach to clients.

Job Description

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 7am-4pm/9am-7pm/9am-10pm+sleep/ 9am-4pm/3pm-9pm - Must be flexible

This service is domiciliary care, travel is required between peoples homes

About The Role

You’ll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

You’ll Support With

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: The Days of work for this role are - Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30pm
