Job summary

At Lifeways Brentwood, we are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to help individuals live valued and fulfilling lives. The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a rota-based schedule across a range of shifts, and a commitment to training, support and progression.

Salary is £12.71 per hour, with additional rewards and benefits. Driving licence may be required for some services; we support you with ongoing development within a compassionate team.

• Personal care and wellbeing for individuals.

Contract - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Hours: a mix of 08:00-22:00, 08:00-16:00,22:00-08:00 sleep in's some night work may be required

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned-you will not be able to select your own shifts.

• Mental health conditions

Support is tailored to each person's unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.
