Job summary

Lifeways Exmouth is seeking a Support Worker to help women live independently with personal care, daily routines, and outings. You’ll be part of a friendly team, receive training, and be supported to thrive in a role that values you and your contributions.

We offer flexible shifts (8am–2pm, 8am–10pm, Mon–Sun) at £13.10 per hour, with rewards including DBS and referral bonuses as described in our benefits. No sponsorship is provided.

We’re looking for Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Exmouth. This is a sessional role with flexible shifts available:

• 8am–2pm
• 8am–10pm
• Monday to Sunday

About the Role

You’ll be supporting women with personal care needs, helping them live independently, confidently, and joyfully. Your role will include:

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Supporting with household tasks and healthy living
• Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
• Taking service users into the community to enjoy activities like shopping, going to cafés, visiting the beach, attending local events, or simply enjoying a walk in the park
• Helping them build confidence and social connections through fun, meaningful outings
