Lifeways Newton Abbot is recruiting a Care Support Worker to help individuals with disabilities and complex needs live independently. You will receive training and team support to grow in a caring, supportive environment.

Your role includes assisting with personal care, daily routines, shopping, cooking, and community activities, plus accompanying trips to parks, cafés, or cinemas. A welcoming, patient, and adaptable attitude is essential.
