Lifeways in Exeter is seeking a Care Support Worker for night shifts (9pm–7am). You’ll earn £13.10 per hour and enjoy flexible hours to fit your lifestyle. You’ll join a team that values independence, progress, and meaningful moments.

You’ll support people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently, assist with daily routines, and help with cooking and meal plans. Full UK driving licence required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Worker is helpful but not required.
• Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently.
• Assist with daily routines and meal plans, including cooking when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, physical challenges, and complex needs to live independently in our state of the art services. From helping with daily routines to cheering on personal achievements, you’ll be part of the moments that matter. Cooking is also essential for this role, so you must be able to follow a recipe or be a confident cook to support with meal plans. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly how we like it.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is great—but not essential
