Job summary

Lifeways Weston-Super-Mare is hiring a Support Worker to empower five individuals with complex health needs. You’ll deliver full personal care, medication support, and help with eating, drinking and daily activities. You’ll support community outings and help participants find enriching activities, including swimming for those who enjoy it.

We offer a mix of 14-hour shifts, day shifts, sleep-ins and weekend work, with a full UK driving licence being essential for community support.

• Full personal care and pad changes
• Medication support and health monitoring
• Assistance with eating and drinking
• Accessing the community—whether it’s a trip to the shops, a walk in the park, or a swim at the local pool
• Finding new activities and opportunities to enrich lives
