Job summary

Peabody is looking for a Care Support Worker in Colchester to help people live independently, confidently and joyfully. You will provide support with daily routines, encourage hobbies, and be a kind, reliable presence.

No care experience is required, but you should bring warmth, energy and a genuine desire to support others. A full UK driving licence is essential and training is provided.

• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including overnights, weekends and bank holidays.

Full Time (37.5 hours - £26,228 per annum) and Part Time (15 hours - £10,491 per annum) opportunities available
