Job summary

Lifeways in Brentwood is looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team on a full-time contract. You will support individuals with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions, helping them lead valued and fulfilling lives.

We offer full training, ongoing support and genuine progression opportunities. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota, with shifts across 08:00–22:00 and 22:00–08:00.

Qualifications

• Full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week.
• Shift patterns are on a rota and cannot be chosen.
• Driving licence may be required for some services.

Support Worker – Brentwood

Salary: £12.71 per hour

We currently have roles available across the Brentwood area locations below:

• CM13 2ER
• CM13 1RH
• CM13 1NZ

Contract - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Hours: a mix of 08:00-22:00, 08:00-16:00, 22:00-08:00 sleep in's, some night work may be required

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
