Job summary

Bluebird Care Cardiff and The Vale is seeking a caring Care Supervisor to join our Cardiff team. You'll supervise care assistants, manage a defined area, and ensure services consistently meet customers’ needs with dignity and privacy.

The role includes conducting assessments, coordinating staff, quality monitoring, and on-call emergency support. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with DOE salary of £26,250, funded training, and a friendly team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of QCF Level 2 qualification.
• Experience in providing home care.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Supervisor to supervise care assistants and manage a designated area.
• Ensure services meet customers’ needs while promoting dignity and privacy.
• Coordinate staff, oversee training, and support on-call duties.
• Monitor and improve service quality and respond to emergencies as required.
