Willowbrook Homecare in the Fylde Coast area is seeking a Care Supervisor who will lead care teams, visit clients and ensure high standards of personal care and documentation. The role includes mentorship under the Registered Manager, ongoing training, and progression opportunities with an attractive on-call enhancement and flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years in Health & Social Care, a QCF Level 2, a full driving licence, and strong IT capabilities including Microsoft

Qualifications

• Caring nature with good values and ability to lead
• Two years’ experience in Health & Social Care
• “Can do” attitude and commitment to role
• Full driving licence and transport
• IT skills for admin tasks and digital care development (Microsoft 365)
• Knowledge of access (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Visit nominated adult clients and follow directions from care coordinators and management
• Provide personal care and support with meals, mobility and domestic tasks
• Administer medications and complete paperwork
• Review needs and update care plans
• Coordinate with Registered Manager and Care Plan lead for risk assessments
• Support rostering and time management for carers
• Provide in-field support and handovers at shift end
• Communicate changes to clients, carers and relevant parties
• Comply with company policies and training programmes
