You will lead a small team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and ensure residents’ dignity and safety are at the heart of every shift. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a recognised medication administration qualification, with prior senior care experience and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Recognised Medication administration qualification needed.
• Experience in a Senior Care role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver high quality person-centred care to residents.
• Monitor residents' daily progress and report observations.
• Address concerns or complaints promptly and politely.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, families and the care team.
