Job summary

Comfort Care Services Limited is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee domiciliary care across Hillingdon, Uxbridge and surrounding areas. This field-based role guides care teams, supports service users and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.

You will supervise staff, conduct spot checks and audits, complete assessments and ensure care plans are followed, while managing documentation and rotas. A full UK driving licence is required for business travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary, community care or related services.
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or Level 2 with commitment to enrol on Level 3.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred practice.
• Strong communication, organisation, administration and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work across community locations and meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and supervising Care Workers in the community.
• Conducting spot checks, observations, supervisions and quality audits.
• Completing care assessments, reviews and reassessments.
• Monitoring care delivery and ensuring services are provided in line with individual support plans.
• Supporting medication audits, documentation and accurate record keeping.
• Helping to maintain staff rotas and effective handovers.
• Investigating incidents, escalating safeguarding concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Building positive relationships with service users, families, care staff and professionals.
• Supporting hands-on care and service users’ needs when required.

Care Supervisor – Field Based

Hillingdon & Uxbridge Plus Surrounding Areas

Full time: 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Scheduled over 5 days from 7, with some weekend work required as part of the rota.

Shifts: 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm combination

Location: Hillingdon, Uxbridge & surrounding areas

Travel: Driver with own car required

Rate plus mileage: £29k per annum plus mileage

Right to work in the UK required as unable to offer sponsorship

• A full & valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.

• The flexibility to work across community locations and meet service needs.

Working pattern

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• 5 days over 7, including weekend working on a rota basis.
• A combination of 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts.
• Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service.
