Job summary

Jordan Xavier Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive to support growth across care and supported accommodation services. You will develop new business, handle referrals, source properties, and build relationships with local authorities, commissioners and other partners.

This is a target-driven role with uncapped commission, offering a £23,000 base salary and a clear path to higher earnings. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), with full sector training and

Responsibilities

• Referrals, Placements & Business Development: manage referrals, identify suitable services, and build relationships with authorities and partners.
• Property Sourcing: identify and source suitable properties, negotiate with agents, and present opportunities to Directors.
• Customer Relationships: maintain strong relationships, ensure customer service, and follow up on placements.
• Commercial Support & Commission: assist market research, tenders, proposals, and other commercial activities to grow the business.
