Avenues Group is recruiting an Assistant Service Manager for a new service in Norwich. The role is full-time (39 hours) with evening and weekend work, based in the Sprowston area near public transport and local amenities. Salary is £27,969 per annum.

You will help develop and lead person-centred support, create and manage staff rotas, ensure health and safety, and support service growth alongside a small team.
