You’ll focus on Scotland, with opportunities to influence strategy across our care portfolio, collaborate with distribution and underwriting teams, and contribute to a high-performing, broker-driven growth engine.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting in care or social welfare sectors.
• Proven ability to develop broker relationships and grow accounts.
• Strong negotiation and trading skills.
