Markel is recruiting two Development Underwriters to drive growth in the UK Care sector. The role focuses on broker-facing growth across major regions, combining underwriting expertise with market-facing development to strengthen Markel's specialist care portfolio.

You'll expand the broker network, win new business and shape territory strategy in a high-autonomy, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on partnership with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Grow market presence by building broker relationships across your territory.

• Underwrite and negotiate new business risks within authority.
