Job summary

Home Instead Leigh is seeking Care Professionals to provide one-hour visits and compassionate in-home care. You will support clients with shopping, meal prep, personal hygiene and companionship, building trust and comfort during visits.

Full training will be provided, and employees have access to ongoing support and development opportunities. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 hour care visits with clients
• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• DBS enhanced disclosure required
• UK residency and right to work in the UK required

Care Assistant Benefits:

• Excellent pay rates - from £12.50-£13.00 and DOUBLE RATE at bank holidays.

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care. Your role is to help your client feel as comfortable as possible, support them with anything from shopping and cooking meals, to personal hygiene assistance and companionship. It's really important to be able to build up trust with the client you're visiting so that they feel comfortable opening up and discussing any issues or needs with you.
