Job summary

A leading provider of non-medical care in the United Kingdom is seeking Care Assistants to provide companionship and essential support to clients in their homes. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from £11 to £22 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked. Comprehensive paid training is provided, and you will assist clients with daily tasks, ensuring they remain independent and socially engaged. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reside in the UK.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, training provided.
• Must have a valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Living in the UK and right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Job Description

Care Assistant Benefits:

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Care Professionalis a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Qualifications

You aren't required to have experience for this role. We offer Award Winning training which is comprised of a mixture of e-learning from home and in-house workshops. Leading to a nationally recognized Certificate of Care once completed.
