Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Care Navigator/Dispenser for NHS Highland GP Practice (3 Harbours Medical). Based at one of the 3 Harbours sites with travel between sites expected, you will provide a comprehensive reception service and handle a wide range of administrative duties in a busy, supportive environment.

You will be methodical with excellent attention to detail, have good interpersonal and IT skills, and be a team player contributing to timely care from the right professionals.

3 Harbours Medical is an NHS Highland GP Practice situated in beautiful North East Highlands.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Navigator/Dispenser to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

The post is based in one of the 3 Harbours sites and travel between will be expected.

You will be instrumental to ensuring our patients receive the right care from the right professional at the right time. To be successful in this role you will have good interpersonal and IT skills. You will be methodical with excellent attention to detail and you will be a team player. You will provide a comprehensive reception service to our patients and have a wide range of administrative duties. This is a busy role, within a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
